摘要
目的探讨羧甲淀粉钠溶液联合健康指导应用于小儿复发性口腔炎的临床效果。方法 83例复发性口腔炎患儿被随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予羧甲淀粉钠治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予针对性的健康指导。结果实验组总有效率为97.6%,半年复发率为2.4%(1例),临床效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论羧甲淀粉钠药物治疗配合针对性的健康指导应用于小儿复发性口腔炎,可以显著改善患者生活质量,提高治疗效果,降低复发率,是一种值得考虑的综合治疗方案。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of carboxymethylstarch sodium solution combined with health education used for children recurrent stomatitis. Methods 83 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group were given therapy of carboxymethylstarch sodium solution, and experimental group was given targeted health education on base of control group. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 97.6%, and recurrent rate in half year was 2.4%, the clinical effect was significant better than control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Carboxymethylstarch sodium solution combined with health education used for children recurrent stomatitis, can significantly improve the life quality of patients and enhance treatment effect, so it was a desirable comprehensive therapy method.
