摘要
目的探讨影响股骨颈骨折患者中西医结合治疗疗效的因素。方法选取用空心钉内固定治疗的102例股骨颈骨折患者,术后以髋关节功能Harris评分来评估疗效,采用多因素分析方法,分析性别、年龄、骨折类型、复位质量以及手术时间对患者疗效的影响。结果除性别(t=-0.874,P=0.384)和手术时间(t=0.528,P=0.599)对疗效无影响之外,年龄、骨折类型和复位质量均对疗效有影响(P<0.05),尤以复位质量对疗效影响最大(标准化系数=0.548)。结论复位质量是影响中西医结合治疗股骨颈骨折患者疗效的主要因素。
Objective To explore the factors of affecting curative effect for conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating femoral neck fracture patients. Methods 102 femoral neck fracture patients treated with internal fixationin of cannulate compression screws , were analysis the factors of affecting curative effect evaluated with hip-joint Harris score of postop include the sex, age, classification of fracture, reset quality and operation time via multiplicity. Results There was significance affecting the curative effect for the age, classification of fracture and reset quality（P0.05）, especially the maximum affection for reset quality affecting （standardized coeffi cients=0.548）, but exclude the sex （t=-0.874, P=0.384）and operation time（t=0.528, P=0.599）.Conclusion It was reset quality for the major factor affecting curative effect with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating femoral neck fracture patients
