摘要
目的分析我院收治的32例经腹腔镜发现并治疗意外胆囊癌的病案。方法总结我院1997年至2006年收治的发现意外胆囊癌的患者的病例,分析治疗方法和术后生存率。结果 nevinⅠ和Ⅱ期的1、3、和5年生存率均高于NevinⅢ、Ⅳ期的生存率,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。NevinⅠ期和Ⅱ期之间的1、3、5年生存率无统计学差异。NevinⅢ期的1、3、5年生存率高于Ⅳ期的生存率,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜发现意外胆囊癌后即可进行治疗,如果胆囊癌在NevinⅢ期以上有必要行二次根治术。但NevinⅢ、Ⅳ期的术后生存率低。
Objective To analysis 32 cases of unexpected gallbladder cancer treated with laparoscopic surgery.Methods To sum up pationts in our hospital 1997 to 2006 and analysis their treatment and survival rate.Results Nevin Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage had higher survival rate in 1 year,3 years and 5 years than Nevin Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage.There was significant difference（P0.05）.Survival rate between Nevin Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage had no significant difference.Nevin Ⅲ stage had higher survival rate in 1 year,3 years and 5 years than Nevin Ⅳ stage（P0.05）.Conclusion Unexpected gallbladder cancer after laparoscopic can be treated at once.Nevin Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage have lower survival rate.
