摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选择我院2006年11月至2009年11月儿童支气管哮喘急性发作患者70例,随机分为2组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,在对照组治疗基础上,观察组给予予特布他林雾化吸入。2组患儿连续应用5d。观察2组患者临床症状改善情况。结果 2组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入能够显著改善支气管哮喘急性发作患儿临床症状,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with terbutaline on acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods 70 children were selected from November,2006 November,2009,and were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group.aerosol inhalation of budesonide was done to control group.on the base of therapy of control group,aerosol inhalation of terbutaline was used to observation group,the course in two groups was 5 days.the clinical symptoms was observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline can improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute attack of bronchial asthma,the clinical efficacy was significant,and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
