摘要
目的为了探讨一种解决"即刻法"质量控制对检测值误判的方法,从而保证免疫检验室内质控的及时、准确。方法利用"学生化残差判断离群值"理论和"即刻法",同时分析实验获得的质控品数据。结果 "学生化残差"能够实时、准确的判断每一次检测值是否为离群值,弥补了"即刻法"对离群值误判的缺点。结论 "学生化残差判断离群值"和"即刻法"结合运用,使免疫检验室内质控更准确。
Objective In order to explore a technological to resolve the issue of ＂instant method＂ misjudging the measured values to assurance the reliability of infernal quality control of immunology laboratory. Methods The measured values of the samples in quality control were analyzed by both ＂instant method＂and ＂the method for judging outliers of Studentized Residual Error＂. Results It show that ＂the method of Studentized Residual Error＂ clearly distinguished whether the measured values were outliers during experiment. Thereby,it overcomed the deficiency of ＂instant method＂ misjudging the measured values. Conclusion Internal quality control of immunology laboratory must be more accurate by ＂instant method＂ with ＂the method for judging outliers of Studentized Residual Error＂.
