摘要
在科学技术飞速发展的今天,创新意识和创新能力越来越成为一个国家提升国际竞争力和国际地位的最重要的决定因素。如何提高高职院校大学生的创新能力,已成为高职院校人才培养工作的重要课题。创新竞赛为学生提供了沟通交流的渠道,激发了学生的创造动机,在一定程度上促进教师改变教学模式,为培养高职学生的创新能力提供了有效途径,产生了深刻而又久远的影响。
Nowadays,science and technology is developing at full speed.Innovative consciousness and innovation ability are becoming the most important decisive factor for a country in improving its international competitiveness and international status.In vocational colleges,how to improve the students＇ innovation ability is an important subject in cultivating talents.The competition of innovation ability provides a good channel of communication for the students,arouses students＇ creative motive and encourages teachers to improve their model of teaching to a certain extent.The competition of innovation ability also supply an effective way for cultivating innovative spirit of higher vocational students and have had a far-reaching influence.
