摘要
目的探讨无痛技术在治疗性经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)中的应用及护理体会。方法通过对198例在无痛技术下行ERCP术患者的护理配合,总结无痛技术在ERCP术中的使用技巧及治疗与护理的注意事项。结果 198例患者插管成功191例(96.5%),均未发生大出血及穿孔。结论无痛技术应用于ERCP术能够使患者完全在无意识的状态下完成内镜的检查治疗;经内窥逆行胰胆管造影术的护理工作尤为重要,积极有效的护理对提高手术成功率和减少并发症的发生具有重要的意义。
Objective To discuss the application of painless technique and nursing for ERCP treatment.Methods 198 cases of ERCP treated by painless technique and care,techniques and treatment and care consider-ations was summarized during painless surgery of ERCP.Results Among 198 cases,191 cases were successfully intubated（96.5%）,bleeding and perforation did not occur.Conclusion ERCP procedure painless technique used to make patients unconscious state totally endoscopic examination of the completion of treatment;Endoscopic retro-grade cholangiopancreatography of care was particularly important,Active and effective care and to improve the suc-cessful rate of operation to reduce the incidence of complications was important.
