摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜对异位妊娠的治疗价值。方法腹腔镜下治疗95例异位妊娠,术中应用不同方法并进行比较。结果 95例异位妊娠全部在腹腔镜下得到治疗,无1例中转开腹。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠为首选,具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少等优点,手术方法要根据患者生育要求及输卵管破坏程度决定输卵管是否保留。
Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic therapy for ectopic pregnancy.Meth-ods 95 patients for ectopic pregnancy were treated laparoscopically in different methods and compared.Re-sults All 95cases were treated laparoscopically.None of all underwent laparotomy.Conclusions Laparo-scopic therapy for ectopic pregnancy may be the best regimen.It can be successfully completed with a lessin-jury,pain and recovery time,acceptable operation complications.The request of pregnancy and level of tubai injuries decided if tube was kept.
