摘要
目的观察针刺配合自血疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将90例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组40例,治疗组采用针刺配合自血疗法治疗,对照组仅采用针刺治疗。治疗3个疗程后,观察两组疗效的差别。结果治疗组总有效率为94.00%,优于对照组67.50%,两组经统计学处理差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合自血疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎效率优于单纯针刺。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with autohemotherapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 90 cases of allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the therapeutic group （50 cases） and the control group （40 cases）, the therapeutic group was treated with acupuncture and autochemotherapy, and the control group with acupuncture alone. The difference of effects were observed after 3 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 94 %, and was better than that of the control group which was 67.50%. The difference was significant statistically （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Acupuncture with autohemotherapy was better than using acupuncture alone in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
