摘要
笔者运用产业经济学的基本原理,首次从人才测评市场供需状况、市场结构和市场收入等方面分析了人才测评业发展存在的主要问题,提出我国人才测评产业化发展的具体路径:提高人才测评产业的高技术化和产业竞争力,促进人才测评产业链的形成与整合,优化人才测评产业布局和产业结构,完善人才测评产业发展政策和产业规制,以切实推进我国人才测评产业化发展。
Using the basic principles of industrial economics,the authors analyze for the first time the main problems with the development of talent evaluation industry and put forward the pathways of the development of talent evaluation industry in our country：improving the technology content and competitiveness of talent evaluation industry,promoting the formation and conformity of industry chain in talent evaluation industry,optimizing the industry layout and structure,perfecting the industry development policy and rules and promoting the development of talent evaluation industry in our country.
