二氧化氯协同消毒在线自动控制系统的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 根据电解法制备二氧化氯混合消毒剂的工作原理和运行特性,采用单片机技术和余氯检测器,实现了对二氧化氯消毒设备的加盐、排碱及运行调节等全过程的在线自动控制,大大提高了二氧化氯发生量与投加量的控制精度,能耗盐耗明显降低,工作安全性和消毒效率显著提高。 Based on the work principle and running property of ClO2 production by electrochemical process, using the computer technology and residual chlorine detecting sensor, the autocontrol system has been designed and used successly. This system includes the online autocontrol of salt dosage as the electrolyte, ClO2 dosage and preparation quantity. This autocontrol technology can improve the precision of ClO2 dosage and preparation quantity. The consumption of salt and energy were reduced greatly, as well, the working sefety and disinfecting efficiency can be ensued. The application proved that the system could keep the treated water in a good quality.
