摘要
目的探讨采用外剥内扎+倒"V"形皮瓣转移术治疗混合痔的价值,解决术后创缘水肿、出血、疼痛、愈合延缓等问题,确保术后肛门功能及形态不受影响。方法将110例患者随即分为2组,治疗组采用外剥内扎+倒"V"形皮瓣转移术;对照组采用混合痔外剥内扎术;两组疗效对照比较。结果治疗组可减轻术后疼痛,减少创缘水肿及出血,缩短创口愈合时间,术后肛门功能形态不受影响。结论外剥内扎+倒"V"形皮瓣转移术治疗混合痔具有疗程短,痛苦小,后遗症少等优点。
Objective To investigate the use of external Milligan-Morgan ＋inerted V-shaped flap transfer of the value of mixed hemorrhoid treatment to address the invasive edge of postoperative edema, hemorrhage, pain, delayed healing and so on, to ensure that postoperative anal function and morphology are not affected .Methods 110 patients then were divided into two groups, treatment group were outside the Milligan-Morgan ＋ inverted V-shaped skin flap in the control group were mixed outside the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoid surgery, efficacy compare and contrast. Results The treatment group reduces postoperative pain, reducing edema and bleeding wound edge, shorten wound healing time, postoperative anal functional morphology is not affected. Conclusions Milligan-Morgan ＋ inverted V-shaped skin flap with a short duration of treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, pain is small, the advantages of fewer complications.
