摘要
功能化离子液体氯化1-(2-氯乙基)-3-甲基咪唑([CeMIM]Cl)是蚕丝的优良溶剂.在100℃时,对脱胶蚕丝的溶解能力高达15%.向离子液体蚕丝溶液加入甲醇,可以得到再生丝素蛋白,除去甲醇后即可回收离子液体.利用IR、XRD、TGA和SEM对蚕丝和再生丝素蛋白进行了表征.IR、XRD图谱结果表明该离子液体是蚕丝的非衍生化溶剂;TGA结果表明再生丝素蛋白热稳定性有所降低,热失重残留物有所增加;SEM结果表明蚕丝在溶解前后表面形貌发生较大变化.在研究该离子液体对蚕丝的溶解和再生性能的同时,对溶解机理进行了初步探讨.
The functionalized ionic liquid 1-(2-chloroethyl) -3-methylimidazolium chloride was found to be an excellent solvent for silk fibroin with the solubility of 15% at 100℃. The regenerated silk fibroin could be obtained from the silk solution by adding methanol into the solution. Silk and silk fibroin were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TGA and SEM. The results of IR and XRD show that functionalized ionic liquid was the non-derivative solvent for silk. The TGA analysis shows that the regenerated silk fibroin ex- hibited lower thermal stability and much more residues of thermal decomposition than the initial silk fibroin. Moreover, the SEM images show that the surface with the initial silk fibroin. The possible mechanism was also discussed. of regenerated silk fibroin for dissolution of silk in changed largely compared functionalized ionic liquid was also discussed.
