摘要
随着市场经济的深入,企业计量工作于产品质量的基础保证作用的体现更为明显,而日渐突出的计量人员的业务素质不高、专业技能单一的现实已逐步影响企业计量体系效能的发挥,成为分管企业计量工作的各级领导关心的问题。本文结合质量体系认证、完善计量检测体系的实践,分析、探讨了市场经济条件下有关企业计量人员的培训、考核、激励等管理工作的发展趋势、方法。
Following the deep development of the market economy, it is more evident that themetrological work in the enterprises is the basic guarantee of the product quality. The protruding day byday and not too high profesional quality and single special technical ability influence the playing the effects of enterprise metro1ogical system and become the problem concerned for the leaders who are incharge of the metrological work. Combining with the certification of quality system and practice ofimproving the system of metrology and test and measurement,developing trend and method of managingwork about training,checking and exciting the personnel in the enterprises under market economy areanalyzed and researched in this paper.
