摘要
中等职业院校是培养高素质技能人才的摇篮。针对学生个人素质参差不齐,学生学习压力小等特点,中职院校的班主任管理工作要做到:帮助学生树立信心、量化结合、制定目标,重点关注特殊学生,丰富学生课余活动。
