摘要
储煤场是煤炭转运的重要环节,为了解决对外部环境的污染问题,古城湾装车基地采用了封闭式穹顶仓储煤场,同时结合现场特点设计了封闭式储煤场自动喷雾降尘系统。这样既可解决运行工人的现场劳动环境,又可摆脱二次环境污染,节省人力,节约资金,实现经济、社会效益双丰收。本文就喷雾降尘系统的技术特点、技术质量、主要优点进行了叙述和探讨。
Coal storage is an important part of the coal transportation.To prevent external environment from contaminating by coal during storage,a closed dome-warehouse for storing coal was established at Guchengwan loading base.Meanwhile,an automatic spray and dust suppression system was designed and operated in the closed dome-warehouse on the basis of on-site features.Thus,this can improve the in situ work environment for employee,but also get rid of the secondary contamination.Moreover,the system also saves labor and money,which brings both economic and social benefits.The present study describes and discusses the techniques and qualities of the newly designed spray and dust suppression system.In addition,the main advantages of the system are addressed here.
