摘要
目的：探讨囊性颅咽管瘤的最佳治疗方法。方法：３０例采用立体定向穿刺囊内置管术；２０例手术部分切除＋囊内置管术。每人治疗２～３次，间隔时间一个月，每次按每克肿瘤组织给以０１５～０２ｍＣｉ放射剂量，平均２４８ｍＣｉ／次。结果：手术成功率１００％。平均随访３５年，近期有效率１００％，远期有效率９０％。２例肿瘤复发需手术治疗，其余均恢复工作或学习能力。结论：颅咽管瘤系良性肿瘤，内放射治疗可收到良好的治疗效果。
Objective: To find out the best treatment for cystic craniopharyngioma. Methods: 30 cases were treated with stereotaxic puncture and intracystic intubation;20 cases were treated with partial excision and intracystic intubation.Each patient was treated twice or three times at an interval of one month with the dosage of 0.150.2 mCi for 1 g tumour tissue (average 2.48 mCi/time). Results: The rate of cuccess was 100%.After 3.5year followup surveyThe recent effective rate was found 100% and the longterm effective rate was 90%.Except 2 recurrent cases which needed operation.The other 48 cases regained the ability of work and study. Conclusion: Cystic craniopharyngioma is benign tumor and intraradiotherapy could achieve a satisfactory result.
