摘要
目的总结手术治疗老年大肠癌病人多原发癌的经验。方法分析手术治疗老年大肠癌病人多原发癌２３例，占同期老年大肠癌３５８例的６．４％（２３／３５８）。男１１例，女１２例。其中大肠多原发癌６例，大肠癌伴他脏器癌１７例，异时癌相距时间长达３１年。随访率达１００％，８例病人３年内死亡。结果术后病人的３、５、１０、１５年生存率分别为６５．２％（１５／２３）、６３．６％（１４／２２）、４０．０％（８／２０）、２５．０％（４／１６）。优于同期老年大肠单发癌。结论随着人口老龄化，医患对老年多原发癌认识的不断增强，其早期诊断及检出率的不断提高，特别是重视了老年人围手术期的监护处置，并积极手术治疗，将会使老年多灶癌获得更加理想疗效。
Objective Evaluation of the surgical treatment of multiple original carcinomas in aged patients of colon cancer. Methods 23 operative cases of multiple original carcinomas in aged patients of colon cancer,which were 6.4% (23/358) of the 358 cases of aged colon cancer patients in the same period were investigated.There were 11 cases of male and 12 cases of female.6 cases were multiple original carcinoma in colon.17 cases were colon cancer with tumors from other organs.″The different time cancer″ could be found 31 years later.The rate of follow up was 100%.There were 8 cases of death within 3 years. Results The survival rates for 3,5,10,15 years were 65.2% (15/23). 63.6% (14/22), 40.0% (8/20), 25.0% (4/16) respectively.In this study,we found the survival rate of the group was higher than that of the aged patients of colon cancer in the same period of time. Conclusions With the development of society,both doctors and patients have improved their knowledge about multiple original cancer in aged patients.The positive rate of early diagnosis was promoted to a high level,especially in the monitor and treatment of peri-operation.Choosing the energetic operation.we will acquire the ideal effect of multiple original cancer in aged patients.
