摘要
为提高水下航行器的隐身性能,通常在其表面敷设各种声学覆盖层,由于声学覆盖层含有空腔的特殊结构形式,该结构形式在受到爆炸冲击波作用时,腔体将产生变形并吸收能量,从而改善水下航行器的抗冲击性能。文章基于ABAQUS软件,研究了敷设声学覆盖层的加筋双层圆柱壳结构的冲击特性,得到了敷设声学覆盖层的双层圆柱壳结构的抗冲击性能随声学覆盖层敷设方式及其结构形式的变化规律;并在此基础上,给出了兼具抗冲和隔振功能的声学覆盖层结构设计及性能参数的优化建议。
In order to improve the stealthiness of underwater vehicle, its surface is usually pasted by an acoustic covering layer. In this paper, the anti-shock properties for double shell cylinder with reinforced ribs, which is pasted by acoustic covering layer, is studied by Abaqus software. The varing rule of anti-shock for double shell cylinder with acoustic covering layer is obtained. And, on the basis, the optimal pasting suggestion for acoustic covering layer and characteristic design is given.
