介绍了大同煤矿集团通信公司CDMA业务系统的改造过程。新系统在一个电信业务支撑平台上架构了计费系统、综合营业系统、综合账务系统、综合客服系统、综合结算系统、统一客户资料系统等。
This article introduced the transformation process of the CDMA system in Tongmei Communications, Datong Coal Mine Group. Based on the original communication platform, the new system added the billing system, integrated business systems, integrated accounting system, an integrated customer service system, comprehensive settlement system, unified customer data system etc.
