免疫系统中丝氨酸蛋白酶的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 动物的免疫防御可以通过补体系统、酚氧化酶原激活系统,及血淋巴凝结和抗菌肽合成等途径识别异物,发挥调理作用,直接将病原体杀死并排出体外。目前研究发现,丝氨酸蛋白酶在这些途径中起着非常关键的作用,它通常是通过一系列的酶促级联反应来发挥作用的,本文就参与这些途径的一些丝氨酸蛋白酶的种类、结构和功能在近几年的研究进展作一综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考。 There are 4 pathways in immune system of animals,including complement system,prophenoloxidase-activating system,blood coagulation and antimicrobial peptide synthesis.The immune system can recognize foreign bodies,play opsonic action,and then kill the pathogens.In recent studies,serine proteinase was found to play an important role in above-mentioned pathways via a series of enzymatic reaction processes.This study summarize the species,structure and function of serine proteinase in these pathways for its further research.
