摘要
目的以猪软骨多糖作为免疫佐剂的乳腺癌全细胞疫苗为研究对象,探讨该疫苗对615系小鼠的肿瘤免疫和器官保护作用。方法用猪软骨多糖和Ca761细胞的共培养物免疫小鼠后建立乳腺癌模型,分别以胸腺、脾脏等为对象检测疫苗对小鼠机体免疫保护的影响。结果疫苗免疫组小鼠的生命延长率显著高于模型组,胸腺等免疫器官得到了保护,并且此疫苗能明显刺激脾淋巴细胞活化,并增强小鼠的抗肿瘤体液免疫能力。结论以猪软骨多糖作为免疫佐剂的乳腺癌疫苗能增强机体的免疫能力,并能有效保护免疫器官和阻止癌细胞的浸润和转移。
The experiment was conducted to study the immune protection effects of breast cancer vaccine treated with cartilage polysaccharide（PS） as immunoadjuvant on the mice 615.The mice were immunized with the coculture of cartilage polysaccharide and Ca761 cell,while the immune protection effects were examined by studying the effect on the thymus gland and spleen.The results showed that immune organs such as thymus of vaccine immunized group were fairly protected,and the life span of vaccine group was significantly prolonged as compared with the model group.In addition,the spleen lymphocyte was activated and the capacity of humoral immunity on anticancer was strengthened by the vaccine.The experiment prove that breast cancer vaccine treated with cartilage polysaccharide as immunoadjuvant can effectively protect immune organs and prevent the cancer from metastasis.
