Study on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of IN718 Superalloy Deposited by Laser Rapid Forming

摘要 利用IN718镍基高温合金粉末进行激光快速成形,得到激光快速成形件,然后进行热处理,讨论了经过激光快速成形所得到的沉积态和热处理后的组织特征。结果表明,沉积态的室温拉伸屈服强度和抗拉强度明显比热处理后的低,但塑性比热处理后的高。 IN718 Ni based superalloy powder was deposited by laser rapid forming(LRF) process,and then the samples were heat-treated,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples in deposited state and after heat treatment were discussed.The results show that the tensile strength of as-deposited LRF IN718 is lower than that of the heat-treated samples,but the ductility and elongation is better than that of the heat-treated samples.
