铝合金圆饼类复杂锻件穿流缺陷分析及优化 被引量:1

Analysis of Partial Draining and Optimization of Aluminum Alloy Disk Forging with Complex Shape

摘要 针对铝合金圆饼类复杂锻件的成形特点,将锻件产生穿流缺陷的原因分为模具未合模时筋条已充满及模具合模时筋条未充满两类,对产生穿流缺陷的机理进行了分析并提出了相应的解决方法。在此基础上提出了低筋、多筋圆饼类铝合金锻件避免穿流缺陷的预锻件设计原则,对预锻件进行了优化。结果表明,优化后的预锻设计能有效避免穿流缺陷的产生,并有效提高材料利用率。 According to the characteristics of aluminum alloy disk forgings with complex shape,the reason for partial draining was classified as follows: the bar filled before die closing and the bar unfilled after die closing,so the mechanism of partial draining was discussed and the solving ways were proposed.Based on this,the design principles of pre-forging part was proposed focusing on the aluminum alloy disk forgings with lower-bars and multiple-bars,and the pre-forgings were optimized.The results show that the partial draining is avoided and the material utilizing rate is improved after the pre-forgings are optimized.
