摘要
以履带板用钢ZG31Mn2SiREB为研究对象,在880℃正常淬火前对其进行1200℃高温扩散退火预处理,研究了预处理工艺对其淬火组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:ZG31Mn2SiREB钢铸态组织粗大不均,直接淬火后组织及显微硬度分布极不均匀,冲击韧度较低;经高温扩散退火预处理后,最终组织均匀细小,显微硬度分布均匀,冲击韧度明显提高。
The per-treatment process of high-temperature diffusing annealing at 1200 ℃ for ZG31Mn2SiREB track plate steel was taken before normal quenching at 880 ℃.The effects of pre-heat treatment process on quenching microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the microstructure of ZG31Mn2SiREB as-cast is thick and uneven,the distribution of microstructure and microhardness is extremely uneven afterdirect quenching,impact toughness is low.The microstructure and microhardness is extremely even after high-temperature diffusing annealing,the impact toughness greatly improves.
