摘要
目的：探讨精索静脉曲张与慢性前列腺炎综合征的关系.方法：对泌尿外科门诊男性就诊和健康体检者共177例,年龄18～52岁,根据有无前列腺炎症状及前列腺液常规检查,划分为慢性前列腺炎综合征组120例（包括慢性前列腺炎患者77例、前列腺痛患者43例）和正常对照组57例,各组均通过查体明确有无精索静脉曲张及其程度,然后对各组精索静脉曲张发生率进行X^2检验,同时对慢性前列腺炎综合征和精索静脉曲张间的关系进行相关分析.结果：X^2 检验表明,慢性前列腺炎综合征和慢性前列腺炎、前列腺痛患者精索静脉曲张的发生率分别为59.77%、61.04%和55.81%,均明显高于正常对照组的35.89%（X^2=8.969,P=0.003和X^2=9.271,P=0.010）,而相关分析提示慢性前列腺炎综合征与精索静脉曲张之间呈正相关（r=0.166,P=0.027）.结论：慢性前列腺炎综合征患者具有较高的精索静脉曲张发生率,精索静脉曲张与慢性前列腺炎综合征之间具有相关性.
Objective： To investigate the relationship between varricocele and chronic prostatitis syndrome （CPS）. Methods： Among the total number of 177 cases aged from 18 to 52, 120 patients of CPS which including 77 cases of chronicprostatitis （CP group） and 43 cases of prostate pain （PP group） and 57 cases without chronic prostatitis syndrome （Control group） at the outpatient clinic were studied. All the cases were studied through a EPS test and scrotum examination, then the percentages of varicocele were analized by X^2 test between each group, the correlation between chronic prostatitis syndrome and varicoccle were studied simultaneously. Results： A high percentage of 59.77 % of varricocele was found in the CPS group including CP group of 61.04 % and PP group of 55.81% than in the Control group of 35.89% （X^2 8.969,P=0.003 and）（X^2=9.271,P=0.010 correspondingly）, and a positive correlation was found between CPS and varicocele（ r =0. 166, P =0. 027）. Conclusions： The study suggests a high percentage of varrieocele in the CPS group, and the varicocele is related to CPS.
