摘要
目前治疗急性软组织损伤的外用药较多，但缺少系统的临床研究。本项研究按照中药新药指导原则。用痛克搽剂对９０例急性软组织损伤的病人（其中６０例为急性踝关节损伤）。采用双盲随机对照的方法进行观察，结果采用统计学方法处理，研究结果：总有效率９３．３％，显效率为７３．３％。对照组总有效率为７６．６％，显效率为３６．３％，具有显著的差异。结论：痛克搽剂是一种治疗急性软组织损伤的很好的外用制剂。
Objective:Now,acute soft tissue injury is more often treated by medicine for external application,however,the systematic study is seldom.Accordin to 'the Guide Principle of New Traditional Chinese Medicine',this study chose a kind of pure traditional Chinese medicine for external application by clinical study,to gain a good clinical result without toxic and side effect.Methods:We observed 90 patients of acute soft tissue injury,include 60 patients of acute ankic sprain,with double-blind random parallcl control test.The results were compareded and analyzed with statistical method.Results:This study indicates that Tong Ke liiment is a good external application medicine for treating acute soft tissue injury.The total effective rate of the treatment group were 93.3%,while those of the control group were 76.6%,and the markedly effective rate were 73.3% (treatment group) and 36.6% (control group) respectively.
