摘要
"棒棒"群体绝大多数都租住在都市中的廉价房内,租住区相对集中。调查发现:他们总体居住状况较差,城市化意愿低,收入、支出分层现象明显。改善"棒棒"的居住状况,应"四"管齐下:①加强对租住区的整治与改造;②住宅供应方案应按群体收入、支出分层特征区别对待;③政府应扶持"棒棒"公寓的建立,促进其更好的走向市场化;④松动城乡二元户籍结构。
The majority of the ＂Bangbang＂ group live the low-cost houses and the living area which are relatively concentrated.Investigation tells that the generally poor living conditions,the low will of urbanization and the obvious income-expenditure stratification form the outstanding characteristics of them.The key measures to improve their living conditions lie in following aspects：① strengthening the renovation and transformation;② treating the housing supply scheme differently according to the income-expenditure stratification characters of the group;③ supporting the construction of the ＂Bangbang＂ apartments and promote their marketization by the government;④ reforming the dual census register structure of urban and rural areas.
