摘要
[目的]研究微波法提取东北铁线莲总皂苷的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以干浸膏中总皂苷的含量作为主要评价指标,以出膏率作为次要评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验确定微波辅助提取东北铁线莲总皂苷的工艺条件。[结果]最佳的微波提取条件为:料液比为1∶15,乙醇浓度为70%,提取次数为2次,微波功率为500W,每次提取时间为15min。[结论]该试验筛选出了从东北铁线莲中提取总皂苷的最佳工艺条件,为开发利用东北铁线莲提供了科学依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study the optimum extraction process of total saponins in Clematis manshurica Rupr.[Methods] With the content of total saponins(TP)as the main evaluating indicators and the yield of dry extracts as the second,the extraction process was optimized with single factor and orthogonal test.[Results] The optimum conditions of extracting total saponins in Clematis manshurica Rupr.with microwave method were obtained,that were,the concentration of ethanol,the extracting time,solid to liquid ratio and the extracting times were 70%,15 min,1∶15,2 times respectively at the microwave power of 500 W.[Conclusion] The optimum microwave extraction process of total saponins in Clematis manshurica Rupr.obtained in the study,which would provide scientific basis for the development of Clematis manshurica Rupr.
