摘要
[目的]研究Cd2+对日本沼虾的急性毒性作用。[方法]采用急性毒性实验的方法测定Cd2+对日本沼虾的24、48、96h的半致死浓度。以96h的半致死浓度为最高浓度设置5个浓度组进行急性胁迫实验,测定日本沼虾肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活力。[结果]24℃下Cd2+对日本沼虾的24、48、96h的LC50值分别为0.038、0.022、0.019mg/L。在几个Cd2+浓度梯度胁迫下,SOD、GPT和GOT活性均受到不同程度的抑制,并且随Cd2+浓度的升高,抑制作用越明显。[结论]Cd2+对日本沼虾有较强的毒性作用。
[Objective]The aim was to study the toxic effects of Cd2+ on the Macrobrachium nipponnensis.[Method]The 24 h,48 h,and 96 h median lethal concentrations were measured by the acute toxicity test method.The acute stress test was used on the variant concentrations(0、0.007 9、0.010、0.013、0.016、0.020 mg/L)of Cd2+ and the SOD,GPT,GOT were investigated.[Result]The results showed that the 24 h,48 h and 96 h LC50 of Cd2+ were 0.038 mg/L,0.022 mg/L and 0.019 mg/L at the temperature of 24 ℃.The activities of SOD,GPT and GOT were inhibited in several concentration gradient stress of Cd2+ and the inhibition was more obvious with the increased concentration of Cd2+.[Conclusion] Cd2+ had strong toxic effects on the Macrobrachium nipponnensis.
