摘要
[目的]探索沙湖后生浮游动物与主要水质因子间的关系。[方法]调查沙湖后生浮游动物群落结构与主要水质因子的季节动态,对浮游动物密度、生物量与水质指标进行相关分析。[结果]共检出后生浮游动物34种,其中轮虫23种,枝角类8种,桡足类3种;密度为175~924个/L,轮虫占优势;生物量为0.28~1.80mg/L,桡足类和轮虫占优势,趋向小型化。沙湖水体综合营养状态指数(TLI)大于50,水体营养水平达到富营养化。相关分析表明,浮游动物、轮虫、桡足类生物量与桡足类密度同叶绿素a、总氮、总磷、高锰酸盐指数、TLI在0.05水平显著正相关,与水体透明度在0.05水平显著负相关。[结论]后生浮游动物的时空分布与水体水质因子关系密切。
[Objective] The aim was to research the relationships between community structure of metazoan zooplankton and the water quality.[Method]The seasonal dynamics of metazoan zooplankton community structure and the main water parameters were investigated in Shahu Lake.[Result] A total of 34 species were identified,of which 23 species were rotifera,8 species were cladocera and 3 species were copepoda.The density of metazoan zooplankton were 175-924 ind./L and the density of rotifera was on predominance.The biomass of metazoan zooplankton were 0.28-1.80 mg/L and the biomass of rotifera and copepoda were on predominance.The comprehensive trophic level index(TLI)was above 50 and the trophic level was found under eutrophication in Shahu Lake.Regression analysis suggested that there was significant positive correlation between the biomass of zooplankton,rotifera,cladocera and the density of cladocera and concentration of Chla,TN,TP,COD,TLI.And the density and biomass of zooplankton were significant negative correlated to water transparency.[Conclusion] The dynamics of metazoan zooplankton were related closely to the main water quality parameters.
