蔓荆子黄酮提取物的抗癌活性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别给昆明种小鼠接种肉瘤S180和肝癌H22,以抑瘤率、脾脏指数和胸腺指数为考察指标研究蔓荆子黄酮提取物的抑瘤作用和免疫调节活性。结果表明,蔓荆子黄酮提取物对肉瘤S180和肝癌H22均具有一定的抑制作用。其中高剂量组(400mg/kg)小鼠的瘤重显著低于对照(生理盐水处理),而脾脏指数和胸腺指数较对照有所增加。 The mice of Kunming species were inoculated with Sarcoma 180 and Hepatoma 22 resp.,then with tumor-inhibited rate,spleen index and thymus index as investigated indexes,the tumor-inhibited function and immunoregulatory activity of flavone extract from Vitex trifolia were researched.The results showed that flavone extract from Vitex trifolia had certain inhibition function on both Sarcoma 180 and Hepatoma 22.And the tumor weight of mice in high dose group(400 mg/kg)was significantly lower than that of CK(physiological saline group)and their spleen index and thymus index got some increased in comparison with CK.
