摘要
目的：探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）的变化与急性白血病患者疗效关系。方法：观察45名急性白血病人血清LDH和HBDH变化。结果：急性白血病人血清LDH和HBDH显著升高，病情缓解后可降低。LDH和HBDH值与外周血幼稚细胞数呈正相关。结论：血清LDH和HBDH是判定急性白血病疗效的有效指标。
Objective: To probe into the relationsip betwee the change of serum levels of LDH and HBDH and the curative effects in acute leukemias. Methods: Serum levels of LDH and HBDH in 45 cases with acute leukemias and 30 cases with normal adults were determined. Results: Serum levels of LDH and HBDH is increased in acute leukemias and it may be reduced after the patients, condition is improved. The LDH and HBDH are positive correlation to the blastic cells in the peripheral blood. Conclusion: The levels of LDH and HBDH in acute leukemias are useful indicators for the chemotherapy and prognosis of the diseases.
