摘要
目的探讨肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的改变。方法按Reinila制膜法检测了33例肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜Na+·K+－ATP酶和Ca2+·Mg2+－ATP酶含量。结果肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜Na+·K+－ATP酶活性低于正常人（P＜0．01），而Ca2+·Mg2+－ATP酶活性与正常人比较无差异（P＞0．05）。结论测定肾综合征出血热患者红细胞膜Na+·K+－ATP酶和Ca2+·Mg2+－ATP，酶活性的变化有助于临床的诊断和治疗。
Objective To determine the changes in ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in patients of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Method The changs in erythrocytemembrane Na+. K+ - ATPase and Ca2+ Mg2+ - ATPase in 33 patients of hemorrhagic fever withrenal syndrome were determined according to Reinila method. Results Compared with normal control,Na+. K+ - ATPase activities in patients of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome decreasedsignificantly (P <0.01),but Ca2+ .Mg2+ - ATPase activities did not (P > 0.05). ConclusionIt is suggested that determination in vitro of the changes in ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in patients of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is very helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
