摘要
低分子肝素(LMWH)作为一种有效的抗凝剂,常用于预防或治疗深部静脉血栓和肺栓塞等疾病,临床主要采用注射给药。本文综述近年来LMWH非注射给药途径及分析方法研究进展。
As an effective anticoagulant, low molecular weight heparin （LMWH） is usually chosen to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis （DVT） and pulmonary embolism （PE）. However, it is used by frequent injection in clinic due to its short half-life and poor bioavailability. This review summarizes nonparenteral administration routes and their analytical methods.
