摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌化疗患者睡眠质量与心理状态以及两者之间的相关性。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)和综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HAD)对45例乳腺癌化疗患者进行调查,并通过相关分析探讨乳腺癌化疗患者睡眠和心理状态之间的关系。结果 31例(69%)乳腺癌化疗患者存在睡眠障碍,25例(56%)患者存在焦虑情绪,21例(47%)患者存在抑郁情绪;PSQI总分与焦虑、抑郁呈正相关关系(r分别为0.654,0.559,P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌化疗患者睡眠状况较差,并存在与心理状态相关的睡眠障碍,应采取针对性干预措施,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the quality of sleep and psychological factors and their relationship in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods The quality of sleep and psychological factors in 45 patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy were measured by PSQI and HAD.The relationship between sleep quality and psychological state was investigated through correlation analysis.Results There were 31（69%） patients with sleep disorders,25（56%） with anxiety and 21（47%） with depres-sion.There was a positive correlation between the total scores of PSQI and anxiety,depression respectively（r=0.654,0.559,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Sleep quality of patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy is poor,and their sleep disorders are associated with psychiatric symptoms.It is necessary to take measures to reduce anxiety and depression so as to improve their sleep quality.
