摘要
大学生新农村就业是解决新农村建设人才需求与大学生发挥才能的重要平台,而新农村就业模式则成为影响此项工程的重要因素。针对河北省大学生新农村就业模式存在诸如政府主导运行模式与财政困难、就业岗位单一与就业方式局限等问题,提出了构建综合模式,发挥市场主体功能的具体思路。并就就业平台多样化、就业形式多样化等市场主体作用体现给予详细的论述。另外,从政府主导作用、大学生新农村教育等方面予以思考。
College students＇ employment in the new countryside is an important platform to meet the needs of talents for the construction of a new countryside and for college students to develop their abilities.And the employment mode in the new countryside has become an important factor to affect this project.Focusing on the problems existing in this mode,which include the government＇s guiding role in the operation,some financial difficulties,unitary employing posts,and the limitation of employment patterns,the specific thinking routes are provided to develop the market＇s main functions.Detailed illustration of such functions such as the diversification of employment platforms and employment forms are given.Furthermore,the issue is also considered from the aspects of the government＇s guiding role and education on college students＇ employment in the new countryside.
