高龄胃肠营养患者餐后低血压的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解高龄患者餐后低血压(PPH)的发生率和临床特征。方法监测42例年龄〉90岁进行胃肠营养的高龄患者进餐前后血压的变化。结果①进行胃肠营养的高龄患者PPH发生率100%;②血压于餐后15-30 min开始下降,15-45 min下降至PPH水平,30-90 min血压下降达最大幅度。是否服用抗血压药物对餐后血压下降水平和PPH发生时间无明显影响。结论高龄患者PPH发生率高,易引发严重的心脑血管病,应加以重视。 Objective To explore the prevalence and clinical characteristics of postprandial hypotension(PPH) in the aged patients.Methods We measured postprandial blood pressure in 42 aged patients over 90 years old with gastrointestinal nutrition.Results The prevalence of PPH was 100% in the aged patients with gastrointestinal nutrition.The blood pressure started to drop at 15-30 min after meals,and dropped to PPH level in 15-45 min.Moreover,the blood pressure dropped the most in 30-90 min.There was no significant difference in the decline of blood pressure and occurring time for PPH between hypotensor treatment group and control group.Conclusions The aged patients have high prevalence of PPH,which can lead to serious cardio—cerebrovascular diseases should be paid more attention.
