马丙共聚物分子量分布的研究

摘要 使用氧化还原引发体系,在水溶液中制备马丙共聚物。通过对分子量分布的表征研究了投料方式、滴加时间、起始温度、聚合温度、搅拌速度等聚合条件对分子量分布的影响。结果表明,马来酸、丙烯酸混合滴加可使分子量分布均匀;单体及引发剂滴加时间为3h时多分散系数较小,平均分子量容易调节到应用要求;滴加起始温度应与聚合温度一致,适宜选在95~100℃。 Maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer was synthesized in solution under redox system.The effects to molecular weight distribution from material-feeding system,feeding time,start temperature,polymerization temperature,stirring speed had been studied.The result indicated that the molecular weight distribution was uniform based on mixed feeding of maleic acid and acrylic acid;In the condition of only three hours feeding time of monomer and initiator,dispersing coefficient was quite small,and average molecular weight was easy to adjust to application requirement;reaction start temperature should be same with polymerization temperature,especially between 95 to 100 ℃.
