摘要
文章以Te粉和Pb(NO3)2为原料,在NaOH和KBH4的作用下通过水热法制备PbTe微晶,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及光电子能谱(XPS)对所制备的PbTe样品进行了表征。以本方法合成的PbTe在碱性溶液中结晶良好。此外还讨论了PbTe微晶的形成机理。
Reaction of a tellurium alkaline aqueous solution and Pb(NO3)2 aqueous solution with NaOH and KBH4 produces mirro-crystalline PbTe with a cubic phase by hydrothermal method.The products were characterized through X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)analysis.An advantage of the synthesis method was that the PbTe crystallizes well in the alkaline solution.The mechanism for the formation of the PbTe was discussed.
