摘要
目的:探索面中部骨折咬合功能重建更有效的治疗方法。方法:将2000年7月—2007年7月间收治的伴咬合关系错乱的面中部骨折病例,按就诊顺序随机分为两组,即单独坚强内固定组(A组)、坚强内固定联合颌间弹力牵引组(B组),术后1个月复查咬合关系,分别统计两组咬合关系恢复满意、不满意例数,比较两种治疗方法对面中部骨折咬合功能重建效果。结果:入组189例,失访9例,咬合关系恢复满意度A组为85.42%,B组为97.85%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),两种治疗方法对咬合关系重建的效果差异具有显著性。结论:坚强内固定联合颌间牵引对咬合功能重建明显好于单独坚强内固定。
Objective：To determine the more effective treatment of occlusion functional reconstruction of midface fractures. Methods ：The patients with midface fractures were studied in our hospital from 2000 to 2007. They were all occlusion functional disorder. They were randomly divided into two groups,group A who accepted alone rigid internal fixation,and group B who accepted association with intermaxillary traction. Degree of satisfaction was assessed in one month after follow up of operation. The effect of functional reconstruction was compared. Results ：Nine cases were lost. Finally, 198 cases were accepted. Degree of satisfaction of group A was 85.42% on occlusion functional reconstruction. That of group B was 97.85 %（P〈0. 005）. Conclusion ：The occlusion functional reconstruction with rigid internal fixation association with intermaxillary traction is better than that of alone.
