摘要
论述了ISRA测量系统对前端进行精确定位的原理和特点。阐述了激光焊系统的基本结构、采用FANUC机器人对白车身前端板激光切割及焊接技术。介绍了激光切割与焊接技术在一汽-大众焊装白车身上应用的现状,以及激光切割与焊接技术未来发展趋势。
In this paper,principles and characteristics of ISRA measuring system were discussed,which applied to precise localization for the front of langmember of BIW.Traits of laser cutting and welding using FANUC for BIW,configuration of laser welding system,as well as current applications of above technologies in Faw-Volkswagen were also introduced.Future development of laser cutting and welding for BIW was finally presented in the study.
