摘要
提出大功率激光焊机焊缝的图像处理和质量参数特征的提取方法,有效地克服了环境的各种干扰,可靠地得到了质量参数。通过一套具有工业显微镜头的CCD视觉系统,实现了微细焊缝的结构光光带的采集。根据其区域的背景和前景图像亮度差别较大的特点,提出一个基于最优阈值分割的光条细化算法,确定了光条在图像平面的变形,从而提取出焊缝质量参数,如熔宽、错边及余高等。实验结果证明了该方案切实可行,结果满意。
A scheme of image processing and quality parameters feature extraction has been developed for the high power laser welding seam,it effectively overcomes the various disturbances of the environment and welding seam's parameters are got reliably.The line structured light stripe of micro weld is got used a CCD camera with industrial microscope lens.According to the difference of background and foreground image in the area of the line structured light stripe being great,we propose a strip thinning algorithm based on optimal threshold segmentation,which effectively determines the strip's deformation and some parameters such as the bead width,difference of the butting plates and reinforcement height are selected and extracted as feature in the image space.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme,and they are satisfactory.
