小型侦察车车载机械手的设计与控制 被引量:4

Design and Control of the Manipulator Based on the Miniature Mobile

摘要 结合实验室现有的小型移动侦察机器人,设计了一种3自由度关节型小型车载机械手,用于各种污染与核辐射环境下的应急处理及取样。介绍了该机械手的总体结构设计与控制系统设计,最后在实际工程应用中证明了此机械手有效可行。 Combined with the existing miniature mobile detection robot in our laboratory,the design of overall structure of the manipulator and control system are focused on.A 3-DOF joint manipulator is designed.Remote operator can control the manipulator accurately,which can be used for the emergency treatment and sampling in the pollution and nuclear radiation environment.
