摘要
采用.Net技术开发了码垛机器人离线编程控制系统,介绍了该系统的组成和功能以及在实际情况中考虑的关键技术。该系统包括码垛机器人仿真模块,此模块在.Net平台下导入机器人和周边设备模型;离线编程模块生成的工作文件可在仿真平台上虚拟运行,进行虚拟验证。同时可实现在线模式,使系统与实际码垛机器人同步运行,进行实际验证。实验证明,该系统能大幅度提高编程效率,提高系统安全性。
Design this off-line palletizing robot control system using.Net,introduce the component of the system and the key technique we should take into consideration,This System also contains the simulation module which import the model in the.net platform,the job which is create in the Off-line programming can be run on the simulation module ,and make it validated,at the same time,we can also change the system into on-line mode,in that way,it can be collected with the real robot,experiment shows that,it can improve the working efficiency and security.
