摘要
将普通圆孔拉刀和螺旋齿圆孔拉刀的拉削加工简化成直角、斜角切削加工。在相同的工况下,利用AN-SYS有限元分析软件对两种刀具进行分析,并进行应力对比。所得结论为生产中合理使用两种刀具和进行刀具参数优化设计提供了理论依据。
The cutting process of common hole broach and helical broach can be simplified as orthogonal cutting and inclined cutting respectively.In this paper a finite element analysis was performed on the two broaches under the same working condition using ANSYS software,and the results of stress were compared each other.The research can provide a theoretical foundation for the correct using and parametric optimization design of the two broaches.
