摘要
对燃用褐煤大型电站锅炉的燃烧方式、整体布置、炉膛容积热负荷、炉膛断面热负荷、燃烧器区域壁面热负荷等参数的选取,以及褐煤制粉系统选择等进行了全面的分析。分析表明,燃用褐煤的大型锅炉应以防结渣和沾污为重点,采用较大炉膛,较低的炉膛热负荷;制粉系统采用中速磨煤机或风扇磨煤机。总结了目前燃用褐煤锅炉的技术特点和发展趋势,可为新建锅炉设备选型提供参考。
Along with putting large-scale utility boilers burning lignite coal into operation in china,the selection of firing mode,the whole layout of equipments,the thermal strength in furnace volume and on cross-section of furnace,the thermal strength on wall surface in burners zone,as well as the selection of coal pulverizing system etc.have been fully studied and analysed.Analysis shows that the key points for large-scale boiler burning lignite coal are preventing slagging and fouling,adopting larger furnace,making the furnace having lower thermal load,and using medium speed mill or fan mill in the coal pulverizing system.The technical features and development tendency of boilers burning lignite coal at present have been summarized up,providing reference for type-selection of newly constructed boiler equipment.
