摘要
通过建立家兔酒精性肝损伤病理模型,探讨茶多酚在肝损伤中对超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛水平的影响。将试验家兔分为4组:分别灌喂生理盐水、浓度为10、20、40 mg/mL的茶多酚溶液进行治疗,14 d后,测定肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,茶多酚能够直接降低MDA含量,且浓度为20 mg/mL和40 mg/mL的茶多酚能够有效地清除活性氧和自由基,并对酒精性肝损伤有较好的保护作用。
The aim of this study was to observe the effect of tea polyphenol(TP) on SOD and MDA levels in alcohol-induced liver injury by establishing pathology model of alcohol-induced liver injury in rabbit.Rabbits were divided into 4 groups,and treated with saline and tea polyphenol solution 10 mg/mL,20 mg/mL,40 mg/mL.The experimental period lasted 14 days.the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in hepatic tissue were determined.The result showed that tea polyphenol can directly decrease the content of MDA,and tea polyphenol with levels 20 mg/mL and 40 mg/mL can effectively remove the active oxygen and the free radical,and has the good protective function for alcohol-induced liver injury.
