摘要
采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对断裂转向节臂的宏、微观组织进行了分析。检验结果表明,表面脱碳层的存在及表面粗糙是导致构件断裂的主要原因。断裂性质属疲劳断裂。
Macro and micro structure of the fractured steering knuckle arm was examined by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that fructure of the component was mainly due to surface decarburation layer and poor roughness. The fracture was a fatigue process.
