摘要
根据浆料的流体动力学原理,对浆料在磨盘齿槽内的运动机理进行了详细的分析,并对现有传统磨盘的几种常见齿纹的优缺点进行了较详细的说明。同时介绍了一种拥有自主知识产权的新型齿纹结构的磨盘,此磨盘已应用于生产实践,取得了理想的效果。
Based on the dynamics principle of the pulp,the moving of the furnish in the grooves between the bars was analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of the plate patterns of the conventional refiners were discussed.It could help customers when they choose the plate pattern.Finally the authors introduced a new patent plate pattern.The patent plate has been applied in productive practice,and achieves successes.
